It seemed to work at first. But I realized that many of my photos: credit cards, passport photos are missing. And I can’t even replace them. The app won’t let me add more pix?!

I lost my password, how can I do 😔

No ability to find folders; no search feature. For example, I have a Download folder but, it’s not an option, and I cannot get an option to locate it using this app. If I already have Files I want to make private on my phone, the app should enable me to do that from any folder I choose, not just the near zero number of ones it wants to allow me to look in. I had a great “free” calculator vault app for android. It had an auto file search feature and a fully functional file browser. I just can’t seem to find it here on the App Store.

Switched phones and now the password doesn’t work on new phone and I can’t get my photos off it

I have no access to all the things I had stored here. I’ve sent several emails asking for help. There were important passwords and personal stuff I kept there. It instantly crashes as I open it. HELP!!!!

FYI, Was only opening for a second then closing. I’d given up on it. Checked a few days ago, working like a charm. So far so good. iOS 14.3.

The app won’t stay open for more than a second. How do i get help with this?

App no longer works with new iPhone OS!! Please fix!!! It crashes immediately after opening :(((

How do I recover my password???

WARNING App won’t open with iOS 14 and developer hasn’t updated it. You will lose access to everything like I did. This was a great app at one point.

Had zero issues with it. Then updated my phone and now the app is useless. Hope no one had anything important on there cause if you did it’s gone forever . Developers haven’t released an update in 4 years .

No instructions and after adding pics they don’t show up in app, totally useless

iOS 14 blew it up so now it crashes immediately upon opening the app. Can’t access anything. Can’t even try. Worked flawlessly prior to iOS 14 for me. Now no workey at all😏

Can’t seem to add videos. Quite unfortunate since I just payed over 2 dollars for the full version of the app.

How is it that when trying the app, everything seems to work fine until I finally decide to commit. The app keeps crashing just after I made the purchase and I have not been able to even use the calculator. I need my money back.

I purchased the App. It only worked for the first couple of days. Beware, as the last version is from about 4 years ago. The App should not be sold as it stops working and Developer does not respond. I requested for a refund. Now, a) it does not take photos thru the + button even though the green indicator flashes. b) The photo import does not work when trying to import multiple photos in their Original size. It seems like the App has not been tested enough. My concern is that if I reinstall the App I might get charged again. The concept is good. I emailed the Developer, no response yet.

Purchased yesterday and it worked as described. Opened app today and it won’t stay on long enough to enter PW. Loaded some data yesterday, no idea where it went today. Asked for refund. Waiting on response.

Absolute trash.

How can I reset my password

Was working but now it won’t add files. Doesn’t work anymore so don’t bother unless it gets updated. Like what others have reported it won’t load videos. Hasn’t been updated in years. Don’t waste your money. And no response from the developer. Apple. Why do you continue to allow apps to be sold that don’t work? I paid for the upgrade. If this changes I’ll edit my review. Guess I’ll go looking for a new app.

Hi dear! I have been using this app for a long time. But i forgot my password please help me i need to tale my photos!

I paid for the full version, it worked for a month. After a month it no longer allows me to add videos.

I was charged $3.00 and it does not even import the pics or video. Once I select the pics and click to transfer, the app closes out. I just wasted money. Do not buy this app.

I’ve tried apps like these before and there was a lot of things to pay for but this one has nice features and is mostly free. I especially like the free browser I can use!

There are better apps like this one out there that dont involve paying for features.

Its the worst app i have ever seen in my life. It ask that i should pay to upgrade in order to have the full option and i did upgrade but i just wasted my money because nothing change and the app is bad bad bad.

It is perfect for hiding my pictures, I will give it 5 stars after the video bug is fixed but other than the bug 10/10

This app was working fine on iOS 12. But when I upgrade to iOS 13, the app seems to not work properly. Much appreciation if you guys do an update soon

I have no agenda with this review other than to say it works as advertised and has minimally invasive adds. Something you can’t say about most free apps. Word to the wise, once you import the pictures you want hidden, delete them from your camera file. They will not be deleted in the app file.

Anyway to do this?

I recently deleted the app and after re installing it all photos and videos are gone, i wish there was a way to recover them instead of them all being deleted.

This is a five star app, but it hasn’t been updated for several years. It needs to adapt to the bigger screen sizes so we can use the whole screen. Please make it happen and make sure we don’t looks our data in the upgrade process. Cheers!

Hello suddenly i can’t open the app .. I have lost all my important pictures.. If any body can help me get my pictures will be greatly appreciate.

after you import your pictures and videos to this app, they are stuck there unless you Pay for the full upgraded version. this app is horrible give me my pictures and videos back!

All you have to do to get audio is go to -settings- then -calculator sound- and turn calculator sound on. ⬆️THATS THE ONE THING THAT NEEDS TO BE EQUIPPED⬆️ Other than that though, this app is great for storing passwords and private pictures and comments I enjoy it😆

The app was working perfectly fine for everything I needed it for, until I lost my password. I have no idea what it is and can no longer use it. I can't delete it either because I'm scared it will delete my photos. Please add a feature to reset your password outside of the hidden portion.

I've tried deleting photos that really don't need to be in there and I cannot delete them!!!!

It feels like it does everything you want it to do… except it doesn’t. Videos won’t play audio, it doesn’t seem to import GIFs at all—or rather, it does, but they don’t display in the gallery thumbnails, so good luck finding those. And twice it failed to recognize my password anymore and I had to delete and re-install it. I hate to rate this so low because if the developer could get his act together this would be a really great app. Because unlike a lot of the other vault apps this one imports and exports easily, with simpler copy implementation that allows you to jump directly to messages and paste a photo easily. It also has a great feature where upon importing a picture it asks if you want the original photos or to compress it. Nice. But, like I said, it doesn’t work and is not worth the $2.99 they’re asking for it. At least until they support it.

I enter the password I created and NOTHING happens. It doesn't tell you which button to press, which gesture to make, or even Touch ID. Nothing works!!
